Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register in advance?

Due to limited spots, it is recommended that you register in advance. Any spots remaining on competition day may be purchased at the door.

Can I enter multiple divisions?

No

Are tickets refundable?

No, all purchases are final.

Is seating guaranteed?

Space is limited. Seating will be first-come, first-served. Standing room is available.

What should I wear?

We encourage dancers to wear western or country-inspired attire that fits the energy of the event - but most importantly, wear something you feel confident and comfortable dancing in.

For competitors, dance-appropriate footwear is required (boots or secure dance shoes recommended). Outfits should allow full movement and be safe for the dance floor.

Spectators, come as you are! Western style is encouraged but not required.

How does the competition work?

The competition follows a cumulative scoring format. All dancers perform in each round, and scores are combined to determine final placements. No eliminations.

Do I need to know the dances ahead of time?

Yes, all competitors are expected to know their assigned dances prior to the event.

Will there be food or drinks?

Light concessions are available on site, restaurants next door and nearby.

Will there be open dance?

Between divisions and after awards, if time allows.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, however, a spectator entry ticket must be purchased (per spectator).

All sales final unless event is canceled
